Price Match Policy for Field Trips

To be competitive, we will match any other student field trip or educational  travel company’s quote for the same level of tour services.

Our matching field trip proposal would have the identical attractions, hotels, meals, and other charged-for field trip stops. To match any quote/proposal, we will need a complete copy of the alternate field trip quote with all of the costed items and their details listed. This way, we can make sure we match our lineup of tour services on an equal basis, and match that price for you.

We’re happy to review and do our best to match and possibly beat our competitor’s prices for the same field trip to Washington, DC. As part of any review process, we will need time to research the tour specifics. DC Field Trips will respond within one business day and confirm that the price match can be approved.
